Math Tutor Needed
PALS Learning Center – North Edison is looking for an enthusiastic Math Tutor who can turn tricky concepts into “aha!” moments for students.
Ideal Candidate Will:
- Solid math expertise: Proven skill in teaching core math and problem-solving skills.
- Weekend availability: You’re able to work Saturday and/or Sunday sessions.
- Grade-level versatility: Comfortable guiding 5th–9th graders through Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry. (Pre-Calculus knowledge is a bonus!)
- Tutoring experience: Familiarity with elementary, middle-school, and high-school learners.
- Small-group teaching style: Enjoy leading engaging, interactive lessons for a handful of students at a time.
- Positive energy: Creative, encouraging, and driven to help kids reach their potential.

English Tutor Needed (Reading & Writing)
PALS Learning Center – North Edison is searching for a dedicated English Tutor who can help young learners develop strong literacy skills in an encouraging, engaging atmosphere.
Ideal Candidate Will:
- Expertise in English Language Arts: Demonstrated success tutoring reading comprehension and writing fundamentals.
- Teaching Credentials: Possess current certification to teach English.
- Weekend Availability: Able to lead sessions on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
- Grade Range Flexibility: Confident working with students from Pre-K through 9th grade, with an emphasis on writing instruction.
- Tutoring Experience: Prior work with elementary, middle-school, and high-school learners is a plus.
- Small-Group Instruction: Enjoy guiding interactive lessons for compact groups of students.
- Positive, Creative Mindset: Bring enthusiasm, inventiveness, and a genuine desire to help each child grow as a reader and writer.

Center Administrator Needed
PALS Learning Center – North Edison is looking for a detail-oriented, upbeat Center Administrator to oversee daily operations and help create a welcoming atmosphere for students, parents, and staff.
Ideal Candidate Will:
- Dual Experience: Prior work in both tutoring/teaching and office administration allows you to understand instructional needs while handling logistics.
- Curriculum & School Insight: Comfortable coordinating schedules, materials, and programs that align with local school standards and best practices.
- Student-Focused Mindset: You enjoy interacting with children, ensuring they feel supported and motivated from the moment they walk in.
- Positive Presence: Polite, patient, and encouraging with everyone—fostering a friendly environment that promotes learning and growth.
