2. What we collect
Parent and guardian information. Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and billing information you provide when you enquire about programs, book an appointment, or enroll a child.
Student information. Student name, grade level, school name, subjects requested, assessment results, attendance, and session notes we generate while delivering instruction.
Payment information. Card and billing details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Website usage data. IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected through cookies and anonymous analytics as described in our Cookie Notice.
3. How we collect it
- Forms on this website (contact, enquiry, appointment request).
- Enrollment in our student management system operated by EdQuill CRM.
- In-center paperwork completed at intake.
- Phone, email, and text conversations with our staff.
- Cookies and first-party analytics, as described in the Cookie Notice.
4. Why we use it
- To deliver tutoring and enrichment programs to your child.
- To schedule sessions, communicate schedule changes, and send appointment reminders.
- To bill for services and process payments.
- To report on progress to parents and guardians.

- To send occasional program announcements to families who have not opted out.
- To keep our website secure and to measure aggregate usage.
We do not use your information, or your child’s information, to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share student information for advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only to the extent needed to perform their service:
- EdQuill CRM — student management, scheduling, and parent portal.
- Website hosting — the provider that runs this website’s servers.
- Payment processor — for card transactions and invoicing.
- Email and SMS providers — for scheduling messages and program communications.
- Analytics provider — anonymous, aggregated website analytics only.
- Legal authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or court order.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose we collected it, and then we delete or de-identify it. Our retention schedule is:

7. Children’s privacy
Our programs serve students from kindergarten through high school, including children under 13. A parent or legal guardian is always the person who enrolls a child, and provides consent for us to collect and use the child’s information for instruction, scheduling, progress reporting, and family communication. 8. How we protect information
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS) for our website and student portal.
- Encryption at rest for stored student records.
- Access controls: only staff who need a record to do their job can see it.
- Staff training on handling family and student information.
- Regular software updates and monitoring on our systems.
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a data breach that materially affects your information, we will notify you in accordance with New Jersey law.
9. Your choices
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you or your child.
- Correction — ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Deletion — ask us to delete information we no longer need to hold.
- Marketing opt-out — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- SMS opt-out — reply STOP to any text message from us.
- Global Privacy Control — if your browser sends the GPC signal, we automatically turn analytics off for you.
